Refund policy

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the below criteria: Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels that are lost in transit. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening.
Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, you will receive e a partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

Domestic Shipping
Domestic shipping is free. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to your email.
Once your package leaves our studio, shipping takes 7-15 business days. Please email [email protected] with any questions. Our team will reply to you within 48 hours.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do!

International packages typically arrive within 7-15 business days of shipment. In some cases, international delivery may take up to 30 days.

How can I track my Package/s?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code (if your shipping method chosen has tracking)

What if I put in my wrong address?
If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible. Please email [email protected] with any questions or concerns.
*In the instance when your package is sent back to us because of an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will charge a resend fee. Please double check all addresses before placing an order. 

What if my package is lost?
feelmet is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service.

If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you had provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. We understand that having a package taken from your porch is frustrating. But it must be your responsibility to know typical delivery times of postal workers in your neighborhood and make sure someone is home to receive the package.

If your package is lost in transit (which is very rare) this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you may reach out to USPS directly for assistance.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 7 to 15 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 30 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances take place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.
