Which countries can be shipped to?

  • We can ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and most countries in Europe, but we temporarily do not ship to island countries such as Hawaii.

Do you charge taxes? Will you increase the shipping cost because of the weight?

  • All products do not add any additional costs, what you see is what you get.we only charge a symbolic shipping fee, most of the shipping costs are loss-making, and these are borne by ourselves.

Why does it take a while to ship?
  • Since our products are customized, the products need to be engraved and image processed after payment, so a certain production cycle is required.
    Most of our products will be shipped within 1-4 days, but some hot-selling products or products with complex production processes may have a longer customization cycle, but we will arrange production as soon as possible after receiving the payment.
